Distinguished Service Award
Recipients of the Distinguished Service Award are selected on the basis of value and level of services to the mobile computing and wireless communications community. The award recognizes contributions to ACM SIGMOBILE, its conferences, publications, or its local activities.

Outstanding Contribution Award
The Award for Outstanding Contribution to Research on Mobility of Systems, Users, Data and Computing is given by ACM SIGMOBILE to recognize an individual who has made a significant and lasting contribution to the research on mobile computing and communications and wireless networking. The contribution can be a single event or a life-time of achievement.

RockStar Award
The SIGMOBILE RockStar award recognizes an individual who has made recent outstanding research or product contributions to the field of mobile computing during the early part of his or her career.

Best Paper Award
Each year, the MobiCom Technical Program Committee chooses the best paper with a student as the primary author from among all papers submitted to the conference that year. Each year, the MobiSys Technical Program Committee choose the best paper from among all papers submitted to the conference that year.
