Election Procedures:

  • Each member of SIGMOBILE should have received email on April 30 from Election Services Corporation, the third-party organization that is conducting the 2013 ACM SIG Elections on behalf of ACM and SIGMOBILE. You will need the unique 10-digit PIN included in that email message. The Subject line of the email message was "ACM SIG 2013 Election". If ACM does not have your current email address, you will receive this PIN via post mail; if you are a member of more than one SIG holding elections this year, you should have received a separate message and PIN for each SIG election.

  • To vote, go to the official 2013 ACM SIG Elections web site and follow the "Ready to Vote" link to the voting site operated by Election Services Corporation.

  • In addition to your PIN from the email message, you will also need your 7-digit ACM/SIG Member Number to log in to the secure voting site. If you do not know your ACM/SIG Member Number, there is a link on the ACM SIG Elections web site that will enable you to access this information. For additional help, please visit the help screen on the voting log-in page by clicking on the "Help" button there.

  • Enter your 7-digit ACM/SIG Member Number to reach the menu of active SIG elections that you are eligible to vote in, for each different SIG for which you are a member.

  • In that on-line menu of SIG elections, select the link for "SIGMOBILE".

  • Enter the 10-digit unique PIN for the SIGMOBILE election that you should have received in the email from Election Services Corporation.

  • Follow the on-line voting instructions there.
Again, you are encouraged to participate in this election if you are a member of SIGMOBILE. Please note that 12:00 noon US Eastern Time on Friday, June 14, 2013, is the deadline for submitting your vote. It is important that the voices of ALL members be heard.

If you have any questions or would like to request a paper ballot, please email acmsighelp&?@#!electionservicescorp.com or call toll-free (in the US) 1-866-720-4357.

Cast your vote now by going to the official 2013 ACM SIG Elections web site.
