The first Athena Lecturer Award, each year awarded by ACM-W to a
preeminent woman computer scientist, goes to SIGMOBILE nomination,
Professor Deborah Estrin. Congratulations Deborah!
As per the call for nominations, "The Athena Lecturer will
give a one-hour invited talk at an ACM conference determined by the
speaker and the SIG which nominated her."
Deborah's talk will be at MobiCom 2006 this September in Los Angeles
