The following hotels will be providing accomodation to the conference atendees at subsidised rates:

• Park Hyatt, Chennai

  Please follow the following steps to book a room:

  1. On the hotel website, input check in and check out dates
  2. Enter the IIT Corporate ID code under the Special Rates menu : CR93337
  3. You will be directed to the below screen, where the IIT rates will be visible, you may click select, input card details to guarantee the reservation
  With regards to the airport transfers, all guests who will be staying for 5 nights and above will avail the following inclusions, which are offered internally by the hotel and not on the website. These can be coordinated for and updated to each individual reservation:
  • 2 way airport transfers
  • 2 pieces of laundry
  • 20% discount on Food and Soft Beverage
  • 10% Discount on Spa Services
  For the rest of the guests who are staying for less than 4 nights, airport transfers can be arranged at INR 2100+Taxes per way.

  The special rates per day will be:
