| Conference Banquet | £120 |
- The banquet will be held on June 23rd.
- This additional item is for attendees who need to purchase a ticket for a guest, or if their registration type does not include a banquet ticket and they would still like to attend the banquet.
- One banquet ticket is included with the Full Pass registration. The “Pre-Conference Day ONLY” and “Post-Conference Day ONLY” registrations do not include a banquet ticket.
Note for Authors
- Each accepted paper in the main conference as a full paper must be covered by a non-student “Full Pass” registration by one of the authors, even if presented by a student.
- Each accepted poster/demo must be covered by a (student or non-student) “Full Pass” registration by one of the authors.
- A non-student “Full Pass” registration can cover { 1 paper OR 1 demo OR 1 poster } AND 1 workshop paper }
- A student “Full Pass” registration can cover { 1 demo OR 1 poster } AND 1 workshop paper }
- Any “Pre-Conference Day” registration can cover {1 poster at Rising Stars Forum OR 1 poster at N2Women }
- Any “Post-Conference Day” registration can cover { 1 workshop paper }
Terms and Conditions
All payments are processed through the RegOnline.com gateway - the MobiSys 2026 organization committee has no liability whatsoever. Member registration rates are available to members of SIGMOBILE or ACM only. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only (a valid student ID or other proof of full-time student status is required to pick up the registration on-site).
Refund / Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify us via email. Cancellation requests received before 23:59 AOE, May 31st, 2026 will receive a refund of 50%. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 00:00 AOE, June 1st, 2026. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. This includes all types of registrations and extra tickets. No-shows are subject to the full fee.
On-site Registration
On-site registration will be available online only with a valid credit card. Cash or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
