All payments are processed through the RegOnline.com gateway - the MobiCom 2013 organization committee has no liability whatsoever. Member registration rates are available to members of SIGMOBILE or ACM only. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only (a valid student ID or other proof of full-time student status is required to pick up the registration on-site).

All refund requests must be made in writing and received no later than September 13, 2013. Requests received by September 13 will receive a full refund less a USD 75 processing fee. For those who pay by credit card, refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. Processing of the refunds may take over 30 days. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after September 13, 2013.

Credit Card is the preferred/suggested method for registration. However, domestic and international wire transfers as well as checks are accepted.

In addition to registering to attend, you should also reserve an hotel room at the Hyatt Regency Miami, where the conference will be held. The hotel reservation cut off date (last date to book at the special rate) is September 1, 2013. However, the conference room block is limited, which should be another reason to book your room as early as possible and not wait for the September 1 deadline.
