The discounted conference room rate with the hotel is $209 (single/double occupancy) / $249 (triple) / $289 (quad) for deluxe rooms. (This rate includes basic Wi-Fi but does not include tax.). Hotel reservations are fully refundable if the hotel is notified at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
