Narita Airport (NRT) will be your main access point to Tokyo.
There are multiple ways to travel to central Tokyo and directly to the Roppongi meeting venue and hotels.
The best way will depend on your familiarity with the Tokyo rail and subway systems.
1. Airport Limousine Bus direct to Roppongi Area Hotels
This is the simplest and most straightforward way of getting to the Roppongi venue area and hotels. It is highly recommended for first time visitors to Japan or to those with heavy baggage.
Direct bus service to the Roppongi area hotels leave roughly once an hour from the 1F Arrivals area of both Terminal 1 and 2 of Narita Airport.
Fee (one-way): 3,000 JPY; Travel Time: 80-120 min.
2. Airport Limousine Bus to TCAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal)
The same airport bus service runs to TCAT with departures every 5-10 minutes from the 1F Arrivals area of both Terminal 1 and 2 of Narita Airport.
For those who do not want to wait for the direct bus service described above,
this is a faster but slightly more complicated option which will require some walking with baggage.
This is not recommended for first time visitors or those with heavy baggage.
Fee (one-way): 2,900 JPY; Travel Time to TCAT: 55 min.
From TCAT, Roppongi area hotels and venue can be reached by taxi (roughly 20 min., 3,500 JPY).
