- Each accepted paper must be covered by a non-student registration by one of the authors, valid for the day of its presentation, even if presented by a student.
- Conference registration includes IoT Day, but does not include any workshops.
- If you plan to attend workshops on both June 10 and June 15, you need to buy two separate One-Day Workshop Passes.
- The MobiSys Full Pass includes two workshops.
Terms and Conditions:
All payments are processed through the RegOnline.com gateway - the MobiSys 2018 organization committee has no liability whatsoever. Member registration rates are available to members of SIGMOBILE or ACM only. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only (a valid student ID or other proof of full-time student status is required to pick up the registration on-site).
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify us via email. Cancellation requests received before 11:59pm CEST, May 14th, 2018 will receive a refund of 50%. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 11:59pm CEST, May 14th, 2018. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. This includes all types of registrations and extra tickets. No-shows are subject to the full fee.
On-site Registration:
On-site registration will be possible but only online with a valid credit card. Cash or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
