Welcome to MobiSys PhD Forum 2018
The PhD forum provides a unique opportunity for senior PhD students to present their dissertation research in an interactive environment consisting of other senior PhD students and invited senior researches from industry and academia. In addition to providing feedback and advice, through formal reviews by a committee of accomplished PhD students of the SIGMOBILE community, this forum will provide an excellent opportunity for students to network as well as to practice presenting their research clearly and concisely within a friendly and open environment.
This meeting is best suited to students who are far enough into their PhD to have a concrete dissertation proposal outlining the key challenges they plan to solve as well as the strategies and methodologies that are applicable. Furthermore, participants should ideally be more than 6 months away from finishing their dissertation, otherwise that would leave little time to incorporate any advice or suggestions into their work.

We will try and offer remote video presentation options for authors who are unable to attend due to visa issues.
