PLEASE NOTE: Due to the capacity restrictions of the Eiffel Tower, we unfortunately must limit to 250 attendees. This will be done on a first-come first-serve basis, meaning that the first 250 participants to register for the conference will be able to attend the cocktail at the Eiffel Tower. Those not within the first 250 to register will attend the welcome cocktail located on the 24th floor of the Zamansky Tower.

Because of the capacity restraints, we will not offer extra tickets to the Welcome Reception.

Terms and Conditions

All payments are processed through the RegOnline.com gateway - the MobiCom 2015 organization committee has no liability whatsoever. Member registration rates are available to members of SIGMOBILE or ACM only. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only (a valid student ID or other proof of full-time student status is required to pick up the registration on-site).

Refund/Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing and received no later than August 15, 2015. Requests received by August 15 will receive a full refund minus the processing fee. For those who pay by credit card, refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. Processing of the refunds may take over 30 days. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after August 15, 2015.

Payment Methods

Credit Card is the preferred/suggested method for registration. However, domestic and international wire transfers are accepted. Residents of the following countries are invited to pay by wire transfer: Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria. Please contact support-mobicom2015@googlegroups.com with any inquiries.

Visa Letters

Visa support letters can be issued to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee. Complete information on how to apply for a VISA to enter France can be found on the website for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development at http://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en/coming-to-france/getting-a-visa/

Those requesting a letter should allow up to one week to receive it, as requests are handled in the order they are received. The deadline for receiving requests for support letters is the same deadline for early registration (TBA).

Please send all visa letter requests with the following information to supportletters@acm.org:

– Name (as appears on attendee's passport) and mailing address
– The full name of the MobiCom conference: The 21st Annual International Conference on Mobile Computing and Networking (MobiCom 2014)
– Conference registration confirmation number
– If you are the author of any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title. If you are a speaker, please provide the title/topic of your speech.
– Include a fax number or email address of where letter can be sent
If your embassy requires a letter from the conference organizers in French, please specify this in your email.

ACM does not provide letters for transport of vendor or presenter equipment.

Hotel Reservation

Attached is a list of suggested hotels around the area of Institut Pasteur, where the conference will take place. Some of these hotels give preferential rates to attendees of events held at the Institut Pasteur, which are indicated in the excel table.
