A Special Note on Author Registration Policy

Each accepted paper/poster must be presented by one of its author(s) at the MobiHoc main conference or workshop.

To present a paper/poster at the conference or any one of the workshops, at least one author should register at the full (non-student) rate.

1. Every paper must have a separate regular (i.e., non-student) registration. One registration is valid for ONE paper.
2. Authors must register prior to the submission of the camera-ready manuscript.
3. The combined Conference + Workshop registration will cover ONE conference paper and ONE workshop paper by the same author.
4. Poster/demo session authors may register at the one-day registration rate if they are not attending the rest of the conference.
5. Extra banquet tickets for guests are available for a fee of $200.

ONSITE REGISTRATION AT THE CONFERENCE WILL BE POSSIBLE ONLY THROUGH CREDIT CARD.

 

 

Registration Category Descriptions

Conference Only Registrations include: access to the conference venue on conference dates (Nov. 23-25), 3 daily coffee breaks (Nov. 23-25), 1 ticket for the banquet, 1 ticket for the reception.

Conference + Workshop Registrations include: access to the conference venue, 4 daily coffee breaks (Nov. 23-26), 1 ticket for the banquet, 1 ticket for the reception.

Workshop Only Registrations include: access to the conference venue on workshop day (Nov. 26), 1 daily coffee breaks (Nov. 26).

One-Day Conference Registrations include: access to the conference venue at one day, 1 daily coffee breaks.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.

Cancellations received on or before November 1, 2026 will be eligible for a refund, less a $100 processing fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 1, 2026. No-shows are subject to the full registration fee.

Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant upon written request. Any difference in registration fees resulting from the substitution must be paid by the registrant.

In the event of a documented visa denial, the registration fee may be refunded, less the applicable processing fee.

Author registrations used to satisfy the registration requirement for an accepted paper are non-refundable after the camera-ready deadline, unless the registration requirement for the corresponding paper is fulfilled by another eligible author.
