General Registration Information

To register, go to the MobiSys registration site. This is a secure web server, so your registration information and credit card number are protected. Note, all fees are paid in Swedish Krona (SEK). Please use a currency converter for current rates in other currencies. Confirmation of registration and hotel reservation will be sent by e-mail to all registered participants. Before registering, please read carefully the information under Notes.

Alternatively, you can download the registration form (PDF) and send it back by fax or by post. The FAX number and the address are on the registration form. If you decide to register by post or fax, you are also required to send an email to: mobisys@akademikonferens.uu.se

The deadline for advanced registration is May 15. Registration after this date is still possible, although not at discounted rates.

Notes

REALWSN'06 Workshop registration includes attendance, a copy of the Workshop Proceedings, a lunch and refreshment breaks.

Member registration rates are available for members of SIGMOBILE and/or ACM. You must provide your membership number with registration. If you are not currently a member, you should consider joining, getting your membership number, and then registering to get the discounted registration fees.

Student registration fees are available for full-time students. You must provide your student ID number with your registration and must be able to show proof of full-time student status such as your student ID card at the registration desk at the Conference. As soon as you have filled out and sent the registration form, please fax a copy of your student ID to Academic Conferences on +46 18 67 35 30. Student registration includes all items in the full registration and a student nation pass.

Entry Visa information. The Schengen Agreement's visa rules apply in Sweden. Together with the other EU countries, Sweden has decided that the citizens of certain countries do not require entry visas. This means they can enter Sweden and stay here for three months without a visa. The citizens of all other countries require visas in order to enter Sweden. Countries whose citizens require entry visas. If you have obtained a visa in one of the other countries within the Schengen agreement, you can enter Sweden as well. Additional conference dinner tickets. Additional dinner ticket can be purchased for 600 SEK (approx. $78).

VAT and taxes. Participants from Sweden need to add 25% VAT (MOMS) to their registration fee (except from government organizations.)

Cancellation information and refund policy. Requests for refunds must be received by the MobiSys 2006 organizers by email to mobisys@akademikonferens.uu.se no later than May 15, 2006. Each refunds transaction is subject to a 500 SEK service charge. Registered participants who fail to attend or notify of cancellation by the above date are subject to the full fee.

Registration Transfers. If you cannot attend, your paid registration may be transferred to a colleague by a letter of authorization. The letter must be signed by the party who made the original payment. The letter may be submitted by May 15, 2006 or presented on site at registration.
