All payments are processed through the RegOnline.com gateway - the MobiCom 2017 organization committee has no liability whatsoever. Member registration rates are available to members of SIGMOBILE or ACM only. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only (a valid student ID or other proof of full-time student status is required to pick up the registration on-site).

All registration refund requests must be sent via email to Eugene Chai (eugene@nec-labs.com) and received no later than September 25, 2017. A full refund, less a $75.00 processing fee, will be issued. For those who pay by credit card, refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. Processing of the refunds may take over 30 days. Refund requests received after September 25, 2017 will not be honored. No-shows are subject to the full fee.

Credit Card is the preferred/suggested method for registration. However, domestic and international wire transfers are accepted. Residents of the following countries are invited to pay by wire transfer: Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria. Please contact Eugene Chai with any inquiries. Please clearly state your name and registration ID if you choose off-line payment options. The amount to be paid should be the US dollars we should receive + whatever processing fees that you may be charged. Unless we receive the full amount you owe MobiCom in US dollars, your registration status is not considered confirmed.

Visa support letters can be issued to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee. Those requesting a letter should allow up to ten business days to receive it, as requests are handled in the order they are received. The deadline for receiving requests for support letters is the same deadline for early registration.

Please send all visa letter requests with the following information to supportletters@acm.org:

– Name (as appears on attendee's passport) and mailing address
– The full name of the MobiCom conference: The 23rd Annual International Conference on Mobile Computing and Networking (MobiCom 2017)
– Conference registration confirmation number
– If you are the author of any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title. If you are a speaker, please provide the title/topic of your talk.
– Include a fax number or email address to which the letter can be sent


ACM does not provide letters for transport of vendor or presenter equipment.
