Visa Information

Visa Letters

The United States welcomes visitors from around the world, though visa requirements vary by nationality. Citizens of certain countries may be eligible to travel to the United States without a visa under the Visa Waiver Program, while others may need to apply for a visitor visa in advance. Because entry requirements depend on your citizenship and purpose of travel, please review the official U.S. government visa information to determine what applies to you. If a visa is required, support letters can be issued to conference attendees, authors of accepted papers, posters, or demos, as well as members of the conference committee.

● For visa support letters, please complete the following request online: https://supportletters.acm.org/ . Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:

  • Your name as it appears on your passport
  • Your current postal mailing address
  • The full name of the MobiCom conference: The 32nd Annual International Conference on Mobile Computing and Networking (MobiCom 2026).
  • Conference registration confirmation number (Only accepted authors may request a visa support letter prior to registering for the conference).
  • If you are the author of any paper, poster, or demo accepted for the conference, please provide the title, and indicate whether you are the “sole author” or a “co-author”. If you are a speaker, please provide the title/topic of your talk.

● If you cannot access the online form for any reason or have any questions, please email acmsupportletters@executivevents.com with the above information.

ACM does not provide letters for transport of vendor or presenter equipment.
