Camera Ready Instructions

Congratulations for the acceptance of your paper, poster or demo to the ACM MobiHoc conference. Now the big work is done, but you still need to produce the final Camera Ready version of your paper. We hope these instructions will help you in getting it right at the first attempt!

First of all remember that the deadline for the Camera Ready is June 1st 2016, 23:59 Pacific Time, firm, no extensions can be admitted. Be aware that missing the deadline implies that your paper is to be excluded from the conference.

Here is a checklist of things to be done, we advise to upload your final manuscript 4–5 days in advance, so that if problems arise, we can contact you and you still have time to comply.

  1. Download the paper templates from http://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template. Please remember that no modification or "corrections" to the template are allowed: the final PDF will be checked for consistency with the template and if it does not comply, it will be rejected.
  2. Format your paper following the instructions of the template and the specific venue: Main conference papers are 10 pages long, poster and demo papers are 2 pages.
  3. Add the proper ACM Computing Classification System (CCS) following the instructions at http://www.acm.org/about/class/2012 or reading this word document.
  4. Add the name, acronym, and ISBN of MobiHoc conference following the instructions from ACM and using the following information:
    Conference Name Acronym ISBN
17th ACM International Symposium on Mobile Ad Hoc Networking and Computing ACM MobiHoc 2016 (10 pages papers, 2 pages demo/posters) 978-1-4503-4184-4
  5. You will receive in a few days information via e-mail directly from ACM to compile and transfer the CopyRight form. Follow the instructions to complete the CopyRight form.
  6. Add the copyright command \setcopyright{acmcopyright} to your paper, unless you fall in one of the exceptions listed in the CopyRight instructions by ACM in which case just follow the relative instructions.
  7. Register for the conference. Papers, posters, and demos that are not presented by one of the authors will not be included in the conference proceedings. See the No-Show Policy for details.
  8. Upload your Camera Ready on EDAS and verify that all PDF checks are correctly passed.
