Registration
MobiSys 2024 will be happening from Monday, June 3, 2024 to Friday, June 7, 2024.
The banquet is almost full. After this time, even FullPass purchasers may not be admitted to the banquet.
Schedule
The workshops are on June 7th. The main conference is from June 3rd to June 6th. IoT Day is on June 3rd. The poster and demo sessions are on June 4th.

Additional Items
- Conference Banquet: USD 150 per ticket
- The banquet is on June 5th (Wednesday). This additional item is for attendees who need to purchase a ticket for their guest, or if your registration type does not include a banquet ticket and you want to join the banquet event
- Note that one banquet ticket is included with the Full Pass registration, whereas the “IoT Day ONLY” and “Workshops ONLY” registrations do not include a banquet ticket
Note for the Authors
- Each accepted paper must be covered by a non-student “Full Pass” registration by one of the authors, valid for the day of its presentation, even if presented by a student.
- Each accepted poster/demo must be covered by a (student or non-student) “Full Pass” registration by one of the authors, valid for the day of its presentation.
- A non-student “Full Pass” registration can cover {{1 paper OR 1 demo OR 1 poster} AND 1 workshop paper }
- A student “Full Pass” registration can cover {{1 demo OR 1 poster} AND 1 workshop paper }
- Any “Workshops ONLY” registration can cover { 1 workshop paper }
Terms and Conditions
All payments are processed through the CVENT gateway - the ACM MobiSys 2024 organization committee has no liability whatsoever. Member registration rates are available to members of SIGMOBILE or ACM only. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only (a valid student ID or other proof of full-time student status is required to pick up the registration on-site).
Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify us via email. Cancellation requests received before 23:59 AOE, May 15th, 2024 will receive a refund of up to 50%. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 00:00 AOE, May 16th, 2024. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. This includes all types of registrations and extra tickets. No-shows are subject to the full fee.
On-site Registration
On-site registration will be possible but only online with a valid credit card. Cash or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
